Die Mood and Motion AG, einer der führenden Werbefilm-Produzenten in Europa, gründet mit der staatseigenen Medienholding Hongfangyuan ein Joint Venture in China.

Beim Joint Venture wird die Mood and Motion AG die Mehrheit halten. Mit der Kooperation verschafft sich die Gesellschaft vor allem den Zugang zu einem qualitativ hochwertigen Mediennetzwerk in China. Denn Hongfangyuan ist unter anderem auch Joint-Venture-Partner der Werbeagenturen „Lintas Lowe“ und „McCann“. Geplant ist, unter paritätischer Investitionstätigkeit das führende Produktionshaus im chinesischen Medienmarkt zu etablieren.

Der operative Start des Joint Ventures wird bereits im Januar 2009 sein. Federführend für das Joint Venture ist Jürgen Bertrams, der seit dem 8. Oktober 2008 den Vorstand der Mood and Motion AG verstärkt. Es sind bereits mehrere Projekte in einem frühen Stadium der Vorplanung.
Die Mood and Motion AG (vormals: Neue Sentimental Film AG) ist seit dem 22. November 2000 börsennotiert. Gehandelt wird die Aktie im Prime Standard der Deutschen Börse unter der Wertpapierkennnummer 534140 (ISIN: DE0005341408).

Mood and Motion AG, one of Europe’s leading company producers of advertising films, has formed a joint venture in China with the state-owned media holding company Hongfangyuan.

Mood and Motion AG will hold a majority interest in the joint venture. In particular, the strategic alliance will give the company access to a high-quality media network in China. Hongfangyuan is also a joint venture partner for the advertising agencies Lintas Lowe and McCann. It is planned to establish the leading production company on the Chinese media market with joint investment activities.

The joint venture is scheduled to go live in January 2009. Jürgen Bertams ist the man behind the joint venture – he has been a member of Mood and Motion AG’s Executive Board since October 8, 2008. Several projects are already in early advance planning.
